Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the winbdbet website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform"). By accessing the Platform through any device or browser, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any supplementary rules applicable to specific games, promotions, or features offered on winbdbet.

winbdbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at /terms-conditions on the Platform. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force. Where a conflict arises between these general Terms and the rules of any specific game, bonus offer, or promotional campaign published on winbdbet, the specific rules applicable to that game, offer, or campaign shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, unless those specific rules expressly state otherwise.

Eligibility & Registration

Access to winbdbet and participation in any real-money gambling activity on the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of their account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. winbdbet is an adult-only platform. Any person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any wager on the Platform.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your place of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of winbdbet or any of its software, payment, or data providers where participation in real-money gambling on the Platform presents a conflict of interest.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from winbdbet, whether through self-exclusion or by administrative action taken by the Platform.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on winbdbet. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending bonuses or withdrawal requests linked to those accounts.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. winbdbet reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage to verify the information provided. Failure to supply satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

Account Obligations

By maintaining an account on winbdbet, you accept the following ongoing obligations as conditions of continued access to the Platform:

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. winbdbet will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Immediate Reporting: You must notify winbdbet's support team without delay if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, if your login credentials have been compromised, or if you observe any transaction on your account that you did not initiate.
• Accurate Information: You must keep all registered personal information accurate and up to date. Any change in your name, address, contact details, or payment method must be communicated to the Platform promptly.
• Personal Use Only: Your winbdbet account is strictly for your personal use. You must not allow any other person to use your account to place wagers, access bonuses, or conduct any transaction on the Platform.
• Single Account Rule: You must not open, operate, or benefit from more than one account on winbdbet. The creation of additional accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, wagering limits, or account bans constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Funds Legitimacy: All funds deposited into your winbdbet account must originate from a payment source that is legally registered in your name. The deposit of funds derived from criminal activity or the use of the Platform for any money-laundering purpose is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.

winbdbet reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account — with or without prior notice — where the Platform reasonably believes that a breach of these account obligations has occurred, is ongoing, or is imminent. In such cases, winbdbet may withhold any funds held in the affected account pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal activity is established, may permanently forfeit those funds.

Deposits & Withdrawals

winbdbet processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time based on operational considerations. winbdbet reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods without prior notice.

The following financial limits apply across the Platform:

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200
• Minimum withdrawal request: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: subject to VIP tier and payment method limits published in the cashier section of your account
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5 minutes during operational hours; bank transfers may require 1–3 business days

All deposits made to winbdbet must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to another individual — are not permitted and will be reversed. winbdbet will not be responsible for any fees charged by your bank or mobile money provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. winbdbet may require you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. The Platform may also request the source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual withdrawal amounts as part of its anti-money-laundering compliance programme. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your account balance.

winbdbet does not charge a transaction fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, the Platform reserves the right to introduce processing fees for specific payment methods with at least 14 days' notice published on the Platform. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed in the cashier before you confirm a transaction.

Bonuses & Promotions

winbdbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. These include, but are not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free-spin awards, cashback promotions, VIP loyalty rewards, and seasonal campaigns timed to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and T20 World Cup fixtures. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of issue.

Unless the specific terms of a promotional offer expressly state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bonuses credited to accounts on winbdbet:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific terms of each bonus offer.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered, verified players only. Accounts with open disputes, active self-exclusion, or cooling-off periods are not eligible to receive bonus credits.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active deposit bonus at a time unless the specific promotion explicitly permits bonus stacking.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period stated in the bonus terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings not wagered to the required level within the stated period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) to bonus wagering requirements. The contribution rates for each game category are detailed in the bonus terms. Bets placed on excluded games while a bonus is active may be void.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, a maximum single-bet limit applies as specified in the bonus terms. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may be void and the bonus forfeited.
• Abuse Prevention: winbdbet monitors all accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements risk-free, multi-accounting to claim the same bonus more than once, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited and the account closed.

winbdbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. The Platform also reserves the right to recover bonus funds from a player's account — and any winnings derived from those funds — if it determines that the bonus was claimed fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on winbdbet and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and — where applicable — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or using false, borrowed, or synthetic identity information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with the Platform.
• Depositing funds that are derived from criminal activity, proceeds of money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, structuring, or terrorist-financing activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or system malfunctions in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accumulated through an exploited glitch are not payable and will be reversed.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, manipulating game outcomes, or using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with games or markets on the Platform.
• Accessing winbdbet using a VPN, proxy, or any other anonymisation service with the intent to circumvent geographical restrictions or account bans.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward the winbdbet support team or any other Platform user.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or copy any proprietary code, content, odds data, or interface element of the winbdbet Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the winbdbet Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, odds data feeds, promotional material, and software — is the exclusive property of winbdbet or is licensed to winbdbet by its respective third-party providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). All such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winbdbet Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the Platform without express written authorisation from winbdbet.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content, game, or software available on winbdbet.
• Remove or alter any copyright notice, trademark, or proprietary rights notice appearing on any content within the Platform.
• Use any winbdbet brand name, logo, or trademark in any manner that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written consent from winbdbet.

Any unauthorised use of winbdbet intellectual property may give rise to civil claims and criminal liability under applicable laws. winbdbet actively monitors the internet for unauthorised use of its brand assets and will take appropriate legal action where infringement is identified.

Limitation of Liability

winbdbet provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Platform takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, error-free service, winbdbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, free from technical errors, or immune from third-party interference. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur; the Platform will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance where practicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winbdbet, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of winbdbet, even if the Platform has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from technical faults, network disruption, payment provider outages, or third-party system failures that are outside winbdbet's direct control.
• Losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any damage to your device, software, or data arising from your use of, or download from, the winbdbet Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits winbdbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of winbdbet's service, your sole and exclusive remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure available through the support team.
